What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using Debit or Credit card, Bank deposit and PayPal

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Worlwide.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

- EU countries 3-10 days

- US/Canada 15-20 days

- Asia/Pacific 20-35 days

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking number will be sent by email the same day it ships. 

Any Import Duties or Taxes?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe. Export outside of Europe: small orders does not usually exceed allowed limitations for Tax Free import. Bulk orders may be a subject to Import Duties & Taxes.
